This page helps you solve common problems that occur when you're playing games online.


   
 
Problem: The game hasn't appeared on the website or an image of a broken piece of jigsaw puzzle has appeared on a white page.
   

Reason:

Your computer doesn't have the Flash plug-in installed. Games on BRAND'S Junior Club are built with Flash to give the games more excitement and interactivity.

   

Solution:

Visit http://www.macromedia.com to download Flash. Once the download is complete, remember to come back to BRAND'S Junior Club with your child to have tons of fun with our games.
 
 
Problem:

There is no sound coming from the game

   

Reason:

There may be headphones connected to your computer or the volume of your computer's speakers may be off.

   

Solution:

Unplug the headphones from your computer. Or look for the icon of a speaker on your computer's task bar. Then click on it for access to the control panels to adjust the volume.

 
 
Problem:

The mouse or cursor isn't moving

   

Reason:

Your mouse may not be plugged into your computer or it is not plugged in firmly.

   

Solution:

Make sure the mouse is firmly connected to the computer

 
 
Problem:

I've been waiting for a very long time and there is an icon of an hourglass on my computer. But nothing else seems to be happening

   

Reason:

The game or webpage is still loading. Sometimes games or websites with larger files take a while to load.

   

Solution:

Click the 'reload' button at the top of your browser window. And please be patient - it'll be worth it.
